I'll just finish the book and then I don't have to explain anything anymore. I switched station is all. I went from channel 2 3 4 5 and 6. (think of them as dimensions or levels of consciousness) I exist on every channel just like all of you do. It is just what channel you want to tune yourself into listen to. I say ride every channel at the same time. That's what is feels like to be integrated as a whole I think. I dont know though what im talking about. Its right for me, but could be so not for you.
